Cathy holds a degree in Human Services and has been with TotalVision Eyecare of Manchester for 28 years. Cathy has an extensive background in Customer Relations and has excelled in both the clinical and administrative aspects of the office. Cathy is responsible for defining, developing, and implementing policies and procedures to give our patients the best eyecare experience possible. In doing so, she strives to provide our team members with an exemplary place to come to every day. Cathy takes pride in maintaining the appearance of the office and is constantly looking for new ways to keep the practice at the forefront of technology. Cathy spends her free time crafting, cooking, playing pickleball, and paddleboarding with her dog Naia.
Jocelyn has been with the practice for just a short time , but she has made a big impact . Come in any time and you will see her smiling face and hear her infectious laugh. After graduating High School Jocelyn pursued her love of medicine and earned her degree in Medical Assisting . Jocelyn has family that live here in town, so working in our community based office is very rewarding. Working as our Patient Care Coordinator gives her opportunity to give our patients a warm and personal experience when they are here. Jocelyn is fluent in Spanish , making it easier for our patients to communicate. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two small children.
Elise is new to the Total Vision team, and to the world of eyecare. After graduating high school, she began working in retail as a sales associate. This position was one that gave her the tools of working in a customer focused environment. As a patient coordinator, she applies the skills of time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail to make each day successful. Helping others and making them laugh brings joy to her day. In her spare time, Elise enjoys spending time with her pets, 6 cats and 2 dogs. Her other interests include arts & crafts, marine biology, music, antiquing, and spending time with friends and family.
Marlena is excited to be a new member of the Total Vision team and to continue expanding her optometry knowledge in preparation for optometry school. She recently graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Allied Health Sciences where she advanced her patient communication and clinical skills. As an optometric assistant, Marlena strives to provide an informative and comfortable experience for patients. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, baking, and spending time with her friends, family, and dog, Teddy.
Our office is open every other Saturday from 8:30am–1:30pm
