Our Team

Jeanne has over 25 years of experience in all areas of eyecare and eyewear and joined TotalVision Eyecare of Manchester four years ago. She will guide you through selecting the best eyewear for a perfect balance of what looks great and lenses that work best for your prescription. Jeanne enjoys go-carting, bike riding and spending time with her family.

Mary was raised in Wisconsin and received her degree in Elementary Education. She started her optometric career in Walnut Creek, CA and continued in Des Moines, IA where she developed her specialization in contact lenses. Mary has been an Assistant at TotalVision Eyecare of Manchester for 26 years. She performs the preliminary and specialized testing our patients require. She has continued to educate herself on the proper fitting and training of our many contact lens wearers. Mary enjoys spending time with her family, UCONN football and antiquing.

Eileen has been with Total Vision Eyecare of Manchester and Dr. Alpert for 19 years.  She is an Optometric Assistant and Insurance Specialist.  She feels the diversity in both of her positions always keeps her job interesting and challenging.  She especially likes the fact that Dr. Alpert is always on the forefront of new technology which benefits both the practice and the patients.  She will be glad to answer any questions about your insurance that need to be clarified.  Eileen enjoys gardening, traveling and spending time with her 2 cats, three grown children and their families.

Cathy has been with TotalVision Eyecare of Manchester for almost 18 years. She is trained in all areas of the practice. Cathy enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel.

Lori has been with TotalVision for over 6 years. She especially enjoys the interaction she has with patients, whether it be scheduling appointments, performing testing, or helping with frame selection. Outside of work Lori enjoys reading, staying physically active and spending time with her family and dog Luna.

Eve has worked at TotalVision Eyecare Center for 12 years since coming to the USA from South Africa where she was born, lived and educated. She is responsible for insurance authorizations, payment receivables, billing queries and investigations. Eve is responsible for Patient Recalls and manages the Low Vision Aids requirements as well as general office duties. She has travelled extensively and enjoys reading, cooking and walking.
