Children's Vision

Examination of a child's visual status often requires special equipment and a special approach. Every effort is made to make your child feel comfortable in our offices. In this manner disorders such as lazy eye, crossed eyes, reduced visual acuity and reading problems can be accurately determined. We strongly urge that all children have a thorough, professional eye examination by the time they are three years old. If you suspect any problems however, your child's vision can be assessed at any age.
